Benefits Category: This is an hourly, non-exempt, position. Benefits eligible if working 30 or more hours per week. PTO eligible if working 35 or more hours per week. ESOP benefits upon meeting plan entry requirements.
Schedule: Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible scheduling. Morning and afternoon shifts available (includes every other weekend)

A DSS must understand the different needs of individuals with disabilities. As a DSS you must have the ability to exercise flexibility and assertiveness, have a positive work ethic, problem solve, and navigate crisis situations effectively. A DSS must also be able to work without direct supervision.
