Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Director to lead daily operations and ensure the delivery of efficient, patient-centered care at our Wise County clinics. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical or healthcare administration background and excels in leadership, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow.
Lead and support multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Manage budgets, scheduling, and performance metrics.
Promote quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic goals and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations management.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and EHR systems.
