What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Geological Tech position at EOG Resources, Inc.?
Provide technical and administrative support to the division Geology team in Columbus, Ohio. Assist with data assembly, analysis, organization, and presentations. Load well and seismic data. Updates to our projects including OBO wells, permits, and production need to be completed regularly. Responsible for the preparation of maps, cross sections, logs, displays, gathering and evaluating geological, geophysical and some engineering data. Digitize logs and other geologic information.
3 years of experience. High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Science or related field a plus. Proficiency with Petra, Kingdom, and/or Petrel preferred. Must have good organizational skills and work well in a team environment.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
