Marketplace Coordinator / Onsite in Venice, FL

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus benefits

Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm

Enzymedica, a worldwide leader in the enzyme supplement industry, is seeking a Marketplace Coordinator to be responsible for uploading, proofing, and maintaining product listing content for our partner brands. In addition, tracking and coordinating inventory position in all marketplaces inclusive of Amazon and Direct to Consumer. Comfortable working both independently and within a team, you know how to use your time wisely and understand how to organize your days for success. EXPERIENCE NEEDED ON YOUR RESUME:

·        Experience identifying and resolving issues in the product catalog, both internal and customer-facing electronic content.

·        Experience reviewing and updating web content in a timely manner, using appropriate tools.

·        Experience working with third party support teams to address issues that cannot be resolved internally.

·        Experience retrieving and maintaining DOI and Analyze inventory position in all marketplaces.

·        Experience placing inventory injection orders and coordinate the shipments to AMZ and Walmart based on Marketplace needs.

·        Experience monitoring uploading and servicing CRM content used by internal departments, and externally on the Amazon platform.

·        Collaborate with other Catalog team members and the IT department to proactively address shared challenges and develop best practices, ensure SOPs are up to date and accurate.

·        Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

·        Must be able to work alone and as part of a team.

EDUCATION:

·        Bachelor’s degree / Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Digital Analytics is highly desired.

·        MBA is a bonus.

·        Experience within the natural products industry preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Identify, set up and resolve issues/cases in the Marketplace catalog, both internal and customer-facing electronic content

·        Retrieve, maintain DOI and Analyze inventory position in all marketplaces.

·        Place Inventory injection orders and coordinate the shipments to AMZ and Walmart based on Marketplace needs.

·        Monitor Account Health requirements per Marketplace and ensure Enzymedica is being compliant with platform policies.

·        Review and update web content in a timely manner, using appropriate tools.

·        Communicate with third party support teams to address issues that cannot be resolved internally.

·        Collaborate with Marketplace Manager and the IT department to proactively address shared challenges and develop best practices.

·        Manage credit spend (monthly bills and expenses) for all third-party agencies.

·        Manage the repository for all contracts.

·        Monitor, upload, and service CRM content used by internal departments, and externally on the Amazon platform.

·        Adhere to all Enzymedica, Inc. policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.

·        Participate in Performance Improvement and safety initiatives, including job related and annual training(s), i.e., cGMP, SQF.
