What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pizzeria counter staff position at Enzos Pizza?
Pizzeria Counter Staff / Customer ServicePay: $17–$23 per hour, based on experience
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join the front counter team at Enzo’s.
This position is a big part of the customer experience. You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with, so we’re looking for someone who is welcoming, works well under pressure, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting customers and providing great customer service
- Taking orders in person and over the phone
- Using the POS system and handling payments
- Packing and organizing takeout and delivery orders
- Communicating with the kitchen and pizza staff to keep orders moving
- Keeping the counter, dining area, and workstations clean and organized
- Helping the team wherever needed, especially during busy shifts
- Learning our menu and being able to answer customer questions
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, positive attitude

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced pizzeria
- Good communication skills
- Able to stay organized during busy periods
- Presentable and professional while at work
- Respectful toward customers, coworkers, and management

- Must have a car
- Pizzeria or restaurant experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
