What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Owner position at Enzo Tech Group?
We are working with a leading US manufacturing organisation and are looking to bring in a Salesforce Product Owner on a long-term basis, working closely with both business and technical leadership to improve delivery, DevOps, testing and test-automation maturity.
This isn't just a traditional Product Owner position.
You'll be trusted to lead and influence key initiatives including:
- Leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Breaking down epics into clear user stories and development tasks
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements
- Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and the development team
- Answering developer questions and removing ambiguity throughout delivery
- Reviewing completed development work
- Signing off development tickets and ensuring requirements have been met
- Ensuring work has successfully passed QA before release
- Helping improve the team's DevOps, testing and test-automation maturity
- Working closely with leadership to continuously improve the development and delivery process

This is a long-term contract - hire opportunity for professionals local to the Minneapolis, Minnesota area, with a flexible hybrid setup of 2 days onsite.
