Responsibilities
- Lead and manage bar operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure optimal performance.

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and waste reduction to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws and licensing requirements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
