What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at ENZO'S TABLE?
il Caffè at ENZO’S TABLE is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Bartender to join our growing team. You will craft classic and signature beverages while helping to create an inviting bar and dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes for all guests.
· Adhere to alcohol service best practices and safety standards, including but not limited to, verifying identification and age of customers to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements and monitoring customer behavior to prevent overconsumption.
· Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar throughout service, ensuring all equipment and glassware are sanitized.
· Engage with guests to assess their needs, preferences, and satisfaction, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
· Manage cash and card transactions accurately, balancing cash receipts at the end of shifts for end-of-shift reporting.
· Support waitstaff by preparing drinks for dining guests and overall guest satisfaction across dining areas.
· Participate in bar cleaning schedules and inventory counts, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
· Attend food and beverage training sessions to stay updated on menu offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications:
· 1 years bartending experience in full-service or upscale settings
· California RBS certification required
· Strong communication and multitasking skills
Knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
