Pizzeria Crew Member

Position Overview

Enzo’s Pizzeria is hiring Crew Members for our fast-paced, take-out-only shop. You’ll work the line, run the counter, and keep everything moving smoothly—preparing food, taking orders, and delivering top-notch service. This is a hands-on, team-driven role where energy and reliability make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Assist in preparing menu items with consistency and speed.
• Operate the ovens to cook orders to Enzo’s standards.
• Keep the prep and cook stations stocked and organized during service.

Customer Service & Order Handling

• Greet customers, take phone and in-person orders accurately.
• Ring up sales on the POS and pack orders for pickup or delivery.
• Ensure every guest leaves happy with fast, friendly service.

Team Support & Cleanliness

• Jump in wherever needed—learn every station accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Help with opening and closing duties as part of the team.

Quality & Efficiency

• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to control food cost.
• Monitor cook times and product quality; speak up if something’s off.
• Work efficiently to support smooth labor cost and flow during busy periods.

Safety & Standards

• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and equipment protocols.
• Handle tools and hot surfaces safely at all times.

Qualifications

• No experience required—full training provided.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, or as needed.
• Must be at least 16 (18 for certain equipment).
