What You'll Do
- Own the development and evolution of our mobile applications using React Native
- Build and ship high-quality, performant mobile features across iOS and Android
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimize app performance, reliability, and offline capabilities for real-world clinical environments
- Design scalable mobile architecture and establish best practices
- Integrate APIs and real-time data systems to support core workflows (documentation, intake, etc.)
- Debug production issues and continuously improve app stability
- Contribute to product decisions and help shape the mobile roadmap
- 5 years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on mobile development
- Deep experience with React Native and the mobile ecosystem (iOS Android)

- Experience building and maintaining apps used in production at scale
