Major Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of company facilities and equipment. The Facilities Associate is also responsible for efficient and cost-effective utilization of company facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Specific Duties
- Responsible for building maintenance including, but not limited to, maintaining the office and labs in a clean and orderly condition.
- Maintain exterior grounds and building appearance.
- Complete work orders as assigned.
- Keep cleaning equipment operational.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
