Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand’s energetic vibe
- Schedule appointments efficiently using our POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring optimal booking flow
- Manage phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing information about services, products, and promotions
- Handle retail sales by upselling products and promoting new merchandise through product demos and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately including cash handling, credit card payments, and receipts using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including stocking retail shelves and merchandising displays
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and supporting product demos to enhance client experience
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within a grocery store or similar fast-paced environment
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in managing team tasks or training new staff
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for handling transactions accurately
- Experience in upselling, merchandising, and product demos to enhance sales opportunities
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude in a lively setting
