As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable, motivated Rental Specialist to support our warehouse operations, deliveries, and customer experience.
Position Overview
The Rental Specialist is a hands-on position responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment readiness, deliveries, and direct customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
Inventory cleaning and inspection between rental cycles
Event Operations
Event setup and tear-down of rental equipment (tables, chairs, tents, accessories)
Transportation & Logistics
Driving company vehicles to transport rental equipment
Safe loading, unloading, and transport of company assets
Customer Service
Providing friendly, professional customer service on-site
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move rental equipment (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
- Previous warehouse, delivery, event, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
