Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service delivery
• Support and motivate nail technicians to achieve their best performance
• Assist in managing client appointments, ensuring timely and personalized service experiences
• Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to uphold health standards and safety regulations
• Promote retail sales of nail services through effective upselling techniques
• Coordinate staff schedules, oversee and evaluate staff's work to foster professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations related to cosmetology, disinfection procedures, and sanitation practices
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and cultivate lasting client relationships
• Support inventory management for nail care products, tools, and salon supplies
• Assist with marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones by showcasing the salon’s expertise in nail art and pedicures experience.
• Other tasks relating to improvement of salon.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in nail salon.
• Strong knowledge of color theory as it applies to nail art and design
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
• Familiarity with sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols in a salon environment
• Experience with upselling and affective communication of different services
• Good understanding of nails. License Nail Tech is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage daily operations confidently
• Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with staff and engage clients professionally
• Responsible, Positive, Time Punctual, Trustworthy, and easy to communicate with.
