TCK Child Care Worker

Pioneers is seeking a spiritually mature and dependable individual with a heart and passion to serve children and their families,  who loves playing, caring, and having fun with children.

Key qualifications we're looking for:

• Firm commitment to Pioneers' core values and mission;
• Must practice and support the relevant elements of the US Mobilization Base Manual;
• Possess good interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate well with children; 
• Work well with a team to meet safety standards and service goals;
• Able to work an average of 10-45  hours a week during event weeks, which are usually once or twice a month.;
• Be available to work either mornings or afternoons; and
• Must pass a background check.

Physical Demands:

• Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
• Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
• Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
• Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
