Position Purpose Responsible for analytic data needs of the business unit. Handle complex data projects and acts as a lead for other Data Analysts.
Highly preferred Proficient skills in SQL and SSRS. Knowledge of SSIS (Visual Studios) for moving data. Ideal having knowledge in Powershell or other scripting languages. Knowledge in a report scheduler ideally Active Batch.. Knowledge in the different areas of Healthcare (credentialing, claims, authorizations, telephonics, quality)
Pay Range $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

- Model data, build and automate reports using MS Excel, Access, SQL, Visual Studios SSRS and SSIS, PowerBI, and/or other data warehouse analytical tools.
- Construct and assure automation for all developed reports.
- Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in all or some of the following areas claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, vision/dental or medical, external reporting.
- Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources.
- Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management.
- Develop reports and deliverables for management.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis.
- Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
