We are looking to make an immediate hire for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) that is paid a dual hourly rate for billable and non-billable work. We want you on our team!
The RBT is a member of an interdisciplinary team that is responsible for behavioral health plans for youth and adults who are currently receiving residential and community services from Envoi Associates. The RBT will also be responsible for providing ABA services for individuals outside of our organization. This position is responsible for collaborating the clients care support team regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.

Minimum Requirements:
· Highschool diploma AND eight (8) years providing ABA services
OR
- Bachelors degree AND four (4) years providing ABA services
· RBT certification completed.
· Experience with community-based service delivery.
· Preferred experience working with children and adults.
· Solid computer, graphing, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
· Able and willing to work some hours outside of normal working hours to respond to emergencies or to otherwise meet the needs of the people we serve and their families/caregivers.
· Consistent access to reliable transportation.
· Valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record and proof of insurance per the Company’s insurance guidelines.
· Pass background check and other regularly scheduled screening requirements per company guidelines.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Practice discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
· Adhere to weekly schedule expectations: Availability and willingness to work number of hours per week in line with employment status during core hours, which typically fall between 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday through Friday but may fluctuate depending on the needs of the Company, program, or caseload.
· Meet or exceed billable hour expectation as outlined at onset of hiring, or as revised by supervisor.
· Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA laws.
· Participate in performance management system, inclusive of feedback surveys/checklists.
· Maintain schedule and availability across all platforms pertaining to employment status and position.
· Accurate and timely submission of timesheets/billing.
· Accurate and timely completion of all forms, reports, service/case notes, and documentation required by the Company and insurers.
· Adhere to established policies and procedures (e.g., timekeeping, attendance, dress code).
· Adhere to expectations outlined within employee manual.
· Implement behavior plans and data collection with treatment integrity.
· Provide modeling and training on behavior plans to staff and caregivers as directed by supervisor(s).
· Maintain professionalism in all aspects of position/employment.
· Receive and deliver feedback in a constructive manner. Promote cooperative working relationships and a positive team atmosphere in order to maintain highest level quality service.
· Collaborate with peers and colleagues for betterment of the team, department, Company, and field.
· Participate in practitioner development opportunities.
· Maintain credentials/certification/licensure required for position and all related responsibilities (e.g., supervision logs).
· Maintain ongoing compliance with all required HR documentation and online/instructor-led trainings and core competencies required by the state and the Company. Complete all trainings and documentation no later than the due dates given.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
· Physical Requirements – Requires repetitive manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination; requires the ability to use all office equipment; and the ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds using appropriate body mechanics.
· Visual, Hearing, and Communication Requirements – Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to communicate verbally with all staff, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
Pressure Factor – May require working under stressful conditions at times and handling emergencies. Working conditions may be noisy with fluctuating indoor temperatures. There will be pressure at times to meet scheduled appointments and deadlines and manage crisis situations. This position will interact with people we serve who are intellectually and developmentally delayed and may be frail or confused and have the potential for verbal or physical aggression.
