The Opportunity
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth across EnVogue's retail portfolio by partnering directly with buyers from national chains, specialty retailers, and off-price accounts. Combining market insight with strong commercial acumen, you will help bring trend-driven products to market while expanding customer relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify white-space opportunities across national mass-market, specialty, and off-price retail accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, serving as a trusted partner across key accounts.
• Leverage market intelligence, consumer trends, and retail insights to influence assortments and drive successful high-volume programs.
• Lead showroom presentations, line reviews, and market meetings that showcase seasonal collections and emerging trends.
• Manage pricing strategies, margin requirements, and account negotiations to support profitability and business growth.
• Partner cross-functionally to support the full order lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initial order placement through final delivery.
Qualifications
• 5 years of wholesale/B2B sales or account management experience, preferably within home décor, consumer products, fashion, beauty, gift, or related retail categories.
• Experience working with retailers such as TJ Maxx, Walmart, Target, Burlington, Home Depot, Macy's, Nordstrom, Dillard's, Costco, Ross, Five Below, BJ's, Bealls, or similar national and regional accounts.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising, buying cycles, category planning, and account management strategies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
