The Opportunity
As Production Manager, you will oversee the execution of EnVogue's global manufacturing operations, ensuring products move efficiently from development through final delivery.
This highly visible role serves as a critical link between Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and manufacturing partners. You will drive operational excellence, optimize margins, manage vendor performance, and ensure products meet quality standards, production timelines, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive high-volume production programs from purchase order placement through final delivery.
• Cultivate vendor relationships to secure production capacity and support business growth.
• Lead cost negotiations and identify efficiencies that improve margins while preserving product quality and design intent.
• Direct the approval process for PP (Pre-Production) and TOP (Top of Production) samples.
• Serve as a key stakeholder in maintaining product quality, consistency, and brand standards throughout the production process.
• Troubleshoot supply chain, logistics, vendor, and production challenges to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Logistics teams to support successful product launches and production execution.
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in Production, Sourcing, Product Development, or Supply Chain Management within home textiles, home décor, or consumer products.
• Deep understanding of textile construction, product manufacturing, sourcing practices, and global production processes.
• Strong command of international testing, compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with international factories, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.

Compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
