Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (Located at East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: $50,000 base uncapped commission (OTE $75K–$90K)
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Schedule: On-site Monday - Friday. 8-hour day shift. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients via phone, email, text, or video.
Listen with empathy and communicate with clarity about Envita’s unique approach to treatment.
Build trust and guide patients toward booking consultations and exploring next steps.
Manage a pipeline of inquiries through our CRM and maintain consistent follow-up.
Collaborate closely with Patient Care Coordinators, Clinical Teams, and Marketing to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals related to consultations and treatment enrollments.
2 years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience (healthcare or patient-facing industries preferred).
A natural listener with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record in managing a pipeline, closing consults, and achieving goals.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compassion.
Professional, polished, and passionate about helping patients explore advanced care.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
