Job Summary
As the Product Manager, IT Digital & eCommerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end digital experiences leveraging Acquia DXP (Drupal), Adobe Commerce (Magento), and integrated digital ecosystem components.

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
For Field Sales roles, the salary range listed reflects base pay only and does not include incentive pay opportunities under the applicable sales compensation plan.

- Help in defining product vision and strategy with business delivery partners
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify voice of the customer, opportunities, and threats
- Gather and analyze business requirements to inform product development team
- Plan, execute, and oversee product development projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Communicate product/project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Work with designers to create user-centric product designs
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability
- Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed
- Implement and manage agile processes to ensure efficient product development management
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly status, monthly steering committee and retrospectives
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field -or- equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, and project management
- Experience with Acquia DXP / Drupal CMS, Adobe Commerce (Magento)
- Experience working with global teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Proficiency in agile methodologies
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of data analytics and user experience design
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in digital product development
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture
