What this role looks like:
Responsible for assisting the department with mortgage loan payment processing, reconciliation, administration of insurances, mortgage collection processes, annual escrow analysis and 1098 reporting. Answers questions for members, insurance agents and credit union employees regarding mortgage payments, taxes and insurance. Successful candidates must make a professional appearance, be service-minded, and highly dependable. They will also share Envista's Core Values of Integrity, Empower, Unity, Impact, and Exceed!

- Maintain mortgage information including payment postings, updating member information, processing payoffs, curtailments, monthly billing statements, adjustments, account research, error corrections, etc.
- Maintain collection information, mail delinquency notices, right party contact calls, monthly property inspections, investor delinquency reporting, investor reporting, investor balancing, maintaining escrow accounts, paying insurance premiums, force placing insurance as needed.
- Answer telephone inquiries from members on routine questions regarding payoffs, change of owner, note modifications, PMI and other details of existing loans. Also answer questions from Envista employees and members regarding mortgage payments, taxes and insurance.
- Prepare routine letters to members
- Other duties as assigned.
