What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant - Temporary position at Envista Credit Union?
What this role looks like:
To control and manage administrative and other assigned functions for the President/CEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail, along with a polished presence and the ability to manage priorities with efficiency and confidentiality. Successful candidates will have a polished appearance and exhibit high attention to detail. They will also share Envista's Core Values of Integrity, Empower, Unity, Impact, and Exceed.
What you'll do:
- Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the President/CEO, including composing and editing letters and other written communications based on dictation, verbal direction, or knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings and make travel and lodging arrangements for the president and others as needed.
- Screen incoming visitors, requests for appointments, mail, publications, and other correspondence.
- Maintain the President/CEO’s daily appointment calendar.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of assigned reports.
- Collect and prepare information for the President/CEO’s use in discussions and meetings.
- Assist the President/CEO in aspects related to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
