Job Summary:
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Cards.
- Should be exp. on any programming language (.Net/ Java/ C ) , who can read the code.
- Good understanding of credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, payment processing, and transaction lifecycle.
- Gherkin - TDD (Test-Driven Development), BDD (Behavior-Driven Development), and DDD (Domain-Driven Design) are popular software development approaches that help teams write clean code, build correct features, and match business goals.
- Strong understanding of card authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, disputes, reversals, refunds, and transaction processing.
- Experience working with payment/card processing systems and third-party payment platforms.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, JSON/XML, system integrations, and interface specifications.
- Ability to understand technical architecture, application flows, system dependencies, and data flows.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies like .Net, SQL/database queries for data validation and analysis.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
