• Azure Synapse to Power BI – End-to-End Analytics Pitch (6 Years Experience)
• 6 years of experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions, transforming data from Azure Synapse Analytics into interactive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards.
• Designed and implemented scalable data architectures using Synapse (dedicated SQL pools, serverless SQL) as the backend for enterprise reporting.
• Strong expertise in advanced DAX (CALCULATE, time intelligence, context transition, dynamic KPIs) to build business-critical metrics and insights.
• Built optimized star schema data models on top of Synapse datasets, ensuring high performance for large-scale reporting.
• Developed complex SQL queries in Synapse (CTEs, window functions, joins, query tuning) to prepare curated datasets for Power BI consumption.
• Created robust ETL pipelines integrating Synapse with Power BI using Power Query and dataflows for seamless data transformation.
