The developer will integrate IVR platforms with backend services and data systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high‑quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI/NLP‑driven IVR and voice bot solutions
- Develop IVR applications using .NET Core and Genesys frameworks
- Integrate IVR platforms with backend services, APIs, and data systems
