Envision Talent Solutions is partnering with a large, nationally recognized employer-based healthcare organization to bring on a Registered Nurse for a primary care setting.
This is a long-term contract role through August 30, 2026, offering stability, consistent hours, and the opportunity to work within a highly organized, well-supported clinical environment.
As a Primary Care RN, you’ll play a central role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. You’ll work closely with providers and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations while building meaningful patient relationships.

Schedule
✔ Rotating 4-day schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Enjoy full-time hours with a consistent extra day off each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients, obtain vitals, and document medical histories
- Assist providers with exams and procedures
- Administer medications, immunizations, and injections
- Provide patient education and follow-up instructions
- Coordinate labs, referrals, and care plans
- Support efficient clinic flow and patient experience
- Other assigned responsibilities
Requirements
- Active Nevada RN license
- 3 - 5 years experience
- Prior experience in primary care or family medicine
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and patient engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
