Cabinet Assembler

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Assembler to join our dynamic remodel and new construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality cabinets and related items, ensuring precise fit and finish according to layout drawings and schematics. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional craftsmanship for residential, commercial, or restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tools, materials, and techniques in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact the final product.

Responsibilities

• Off load cabinets as needed utilizing on-site forklift.
• Read and interpret elevations, and technical drawings to accurately assemble cabinets.
• Use hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components AND custom build items when needed.
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, locks, and fixtures with precision.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with team members on job site readiness for cabinet installation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols on site at Envision Stone Works and job sites if necessary.
• Prep, (wrap and organize) cabinets and all parts for delivery trucks.
• Assist with delivery of cabinets, and provide onsite assistance to cabinet installers if necessary.

Experience

• Proven experience in cabinet assembly or related carpentry roles within the construction or restoration industry.
• Skilled in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, door hanging, or masonry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines a plus.
• Prior work on construction sites or manufacturing environments demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during assembly tasks.
