Envision was built on one belief: pelvic floor therapy should feel supportive, intentional, and centered on people — not productivity.

After years of working in traditional healthcare settings, I saw firsthand how rushed visits, productivity pressures, and quotas can impact both patient outcomes and clinician wellbeing. I knew there had to be a better way.

Position Requirements

• Doctorate or Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of one year of experience as a pelvic physical therapist post graduation.
• Completion of an entry pelvic therapy course (Herman and Wallace or APTA)
• Strong understanding and knowledge of pelvic anatomy and function
• Strong manual and orthopedic skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Openness to treating all genders, including male pelvic patients
• Dedication to patient-centered care

Our practice is conveniently located in the Norwood Park neighborhood of Chicago, within 0.5 miles of the Norwood Park Metra stop and 1.5 miles from the Harlem Blue Line stop. We offer ample free parking for both staff and patients.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
