Responsibilities
- Take notes and help track tasks, reminders, and priorities
- Make phone calls and assist with follow-ups
- Help keep bills and personal tasks on schedule
- Run errands as needed (including trips to nearby office ~6 blocks away)
- Provide occasional local transportation and assistance with appointments or errands
- Provide occasional office backup (answer phones, basic support)
- Assist with vehicle-related tasks (e.g., drop-off/pick-up at repair shop)
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Comfortable with local driving and errands as part of the role
- Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed for work use)
- Clean criminal background
- Intermediate English (spoken and written)
- Age 21 preferred
- Dependable, organized, and proactive
