Company Background
Parker-Lusseau Pastries, Inc. is husband and wife owned and operated, since 1998. Both Anne Parker and Yann Lusseau are pastry chefs. We are a French Patisserie with American Influences. We specialize in breakfast pastries, tarts, cakes & cookies. We also make a range of savory items, including quiches & sandwiches.
Essential functions

- Greet customers, take orders (in person & by phone), and operate Square register
- Prepare and box orders accurately; fax to kitchen and communicate special requests
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the café (sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.)
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and assist with deliveries
- Support team members and help create a friendly, organized work environment

Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Requires standing for 3-4 hours at a time.
- Ability to perform physical and repetitive work throughout shift.
Expected hours/schedule
This is a part-time position with varied shifts that may take place Monday - Saturday between 8:45am - 5:15pm and 8am - 3pm.
