Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Birmingham, AL. The Inside Sales Engineer will manage technical sales processes, prepare detailed quotations, and collaborate with the external sales team to provide technical support. This role involves working with clients to address their HVAC system needs, assisting in system equipment selection, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. Qualifications
- Proficiency in applied HVAC Sales and the Sales Process
- Experience with creating detailed Quotations and Sales Engineering
- Strong skills in providing Technical Support to address client needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of HVAC systems and technical product knowledge is highly valued
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with a team
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and the ability to adapt to new technologies
