Envision Honda of Milpitas is looking for energetic and experienced, Sales Representatives to add to our team! We strive to deliver exceptional customer service and create a lifetime experience for all of our customers. We are seeking a dynamic personality, and will train the right candidate.
Professional attire (e.g. Shirt/Tie) is required, a copy of your resume and a pen is required for you to bring with you.
Position Requirements:
- Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Incredible communication skills
- Goal oriented
Position Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver license required and good driving record
- Prepared to do on-the-job training
- Strong character and work ethic
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
