```Duties```
- Work along side our MH-NP with scheduling appointments, maintaining records
- Perform vitals on each client and share with NP on a timely manner
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Work alongside R.N. to develop and maintain Lab orders and specimen.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Follow-up care coordination with individuals following D/C from hospital / Rehab
```Qualifications```
- Valid LPN license in Virginia.
- CMA certification
- Experience in psychiatric/mental health is a plus
- Proficient in physical examination techniques and specimen collection processing
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required
