Envision Imaging is adding a PMO Director to the team!
Monday - Friday | Postion Pay Range: $144,720 - $180,900
Summary/Objective:
The PMO Director will lead Envision Radiology’s Project Management Office — driving consistency, efficiency, and strategic alignment in how projects are planned, executed, and delivered across all our radiology brands. This includes working with cross-functional teams (clinical, IT, operations, marketing, finance, HR, and new business) to ensure the right projects are prioritized, risks managed, resources allocated optimally, and outcomes measured.
Essential Functions
1. Develops, implements, and maintains the PMO framework, methodology, tools, and standards (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) that align with Envision Radiology’s strategy.
2. Evaluates, prioritizes, and aligns projects with corporate goals, brand objectives, and ROI.
3. Establishes clear decision-making processes, project intake, stage gates, monitoring & reporting standards.
4. Coordinates across brands and functions (clinical operations, marketing, finance, HR, IT) to ensure synergies, avoid duplication, and promote resource sharing.
5. Ensures project teams have proper staffing, skillset, budgets; balance demands across brands/projects.
6. Monitors project performance by tracking schedule, budget, and quality. Conducts risk assessment, mitigation and implements corrective actions as needed.
7. Fosters continuous improvement, post-project reviews, lessons learned, refining processes/methods.
8. Provides regular reporting to the executive team; ensures transparency in status, challenges, and dependencies.
9. Leads and mentors Project Managers and PMO staff. Builds capability in project management discipline throughout the organization.
10. Supports and guides change efforts stemming from projects; ensures adoption, minimizes disruption.
11. Selects or optimizes project management tools; ensures dashboards, KPIs, and metrics are meaningful and accessible.
12. Collaborates with finance to forecast, track, and control project budgets; ensuring cost effectiveness.
13. Ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry-specific requirements relevant to radiology and healthcare projects (e.g., privacy, quality, accreditation, etc.).
14. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
• 10–12 years of project management / program leadership experience, including several years directing a PMO or comparable function.
• Experience working in healthcare / medical imaging / clinical environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability managing cross-functional, multi-brand projects.
• Proficiency in a variety of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control.
• Risk management capability.
• Experience with project management tools/software; ability to use dashboards and reporting to drive decisions.
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred or equivalent education, training and experience.
• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile/SPC, preferred but not required.
