What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and make them feel welcome
- Answer phones, take messages, and help schedule appointments
- Keep patient records organized and accurate
- Support billing and insurance tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies and assist with daily office operations
- Work closely with our team to create a smooth, positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, mature, positive attitude and great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and good organization
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus.
