Construction Apprentice – Custom Home Building
Full-Time | Central Oregon | ASAP Start
We are a custom home building team in Central Oregon looking for a beginner to intermediate construction worker to join us full time. This is a hands-on position assisting the superintendent and other crew members as needed.
This role is ideal for someone with some construction experience who wants steady work, overtime opportunities, and a clear path to higher pay as skills and responsibility increase.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting the superintendent and crew with daily jobsite tasks
- General labor including material handling, site cleanup, and jobsite organization
- Supporting framing, finish work, and other phases of residential construction
- Using basic hand and power tools safely
- Following jobsite safety standards and instructions
- Showing up on time, ready to work, and willing to learn

What We’re Looking For
- Some prior construction experience (beginner to intermediate level)
- Comfortable working full days on active jobsites
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Physically able to lift materials and perform labor tasks

Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $20–$22/hr, depending on experience
- Overtime available for dependable, high-performing workers

- 30 and 60 day pay increases based on reliability and productivity
