We’re a small company and are growing our team by seeking a motivated, full-time Loan Officer with at least 2 years of mortgage origination experience to join our dynamic, client-focused environment.
Position Overview
As a Loan Officer, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and guiding borrowers through the loan process from application to closing. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loans and maintain a consistent pipeline of clients.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with real estate agents and referral partners.
- Pre-qualify and advise borrowers on loan programs, products, and rates.
- Ensure all loan files meet compliance, underwriting, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams for a smooth borrower experience. Communicate proactively with clients and Realtors throughout the process.
- Stay current on mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer with an active NMLS license.
- Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
- Proven track record of funded loans and established referral network.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with strong sales and customer service abilities.

- Commission-based pay structure with competitive splits and high earning potential.
