Part-Time CDL Garbage Truck Driver | $25/hr | Local Route, Home Daily

Start part time. This seat is on its way to full time.

We're a small, family-run trash company based in Homeworth, OH. We're not trying

to be the biggest, just the best at what we do. That starts with hiring good

people who take pride in honest work.

Here's the honest version of this job. It starts small on purpose: a couple days

a week, shorter routes, usually 2 to 6 hours a day. We're growing steadily, and

the hours grow with the routes. The person we hire is the person who takes this

from a couple days a week to a full-time seat. That's the plan, and we'd rather

say it up front than dress it up as something else.

about it. We've got can deliveries, shop work, and ride-along days to fill out a

week, and there's always work here for someone we trust.

We're looking for someone who's safety minded, dependable, and ready to be part

of a real crew. If that's you, and you're tired of being treated like a number,

WHAT WE OFFER

- $25/hour starting pay

- Home daily, weekends off

- Start 5:00 to 6:00 AM, usually done by early afternoon or sooner

THE JOB

- Drive a single-axle rear-load garbage truck

- Lift and dump trash cans, mostly with the truck tipper

- Throw bulk items up into the truck (mattresses, couches, box springs, heavy

bags), many times a day, in all weather

- Run safe residential and commercial routes

- Keep your truck clean and organized

- Help with can deliveries and shop work when routes are light

- Represent Envirowaste with pride and professionalism

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You need a valid CDL. We'll train the right person, so trash truck experience is

a plus but not required.

You must:

- Be safety-minded, consistent, and show up on time

- Take care of your truck and gear

- Keep a clean, professional appearance

- Be looking for stable, long-term work
