Location: Lithonia, GA
Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

As a General Laborer, you'll primarily work outdoors, facing varied and sometimes challenging conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installation and Repair: Assisting with the installation and/or repair of water, sewer, and stormwater piping
- Equipment Handling: Loading and unloading tools and equipment onto and from trucks as directed
- Safety and Compliance: Adhering to traffic laws, safety practices, and occupational hazard guidelines
- Driver’s License: A valid US Driver’s License is required
- Work Schedule: Follow a firm work schedule as directed by the crew foreman
- Teamwork: Build effective working relationships with team members, supervisors, and the public
- Physical Requirements: Ability to carry and lift 70 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is essential
- Self-Motivation and Resourcefulness: Be driven and proactive in your role
- Communication Skills: Follow oral and written instructions accurately
- Honesty and Integrity: Uphold high standards of honesty and integrity in all tasks
