Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Two years of relevant experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT project support.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including SharePoint Administration
- Experience with Automation Anywhere or similar robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
- Experience supporting Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.
- Exposure to ERP systems and participation in ERP implementations or re-implementations.
- Outstanding Microsoft Suite skills (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record MVR.

About Your Role
The IT Business Systems Analyst supports the day-to-day effectiveness of IT operations at ETS by providing system administration, operational oversight, and project coordination across multiple IT functions. This role requires a strong understanding of back-office IT operations, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and flexibility to step in wherever support is needed. Success in this position is driven by the ability to logically analyze issues, identify root causes, and prioritize work based on business impact. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and managed service providers (MSPs) to diagnose issues and ensure timely resolution. A technical background is beneficial but not required, as business acumen and adaptability are equally critical.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assume full ownership of the organization’s Microsoft SharePoint environment.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current SharePoint instance to identify structural issues, security gaps, and performance limitations.
- Design and build a new SharePoint environment aligned with organizational needs, including clearly defined architecture, governance standards, and highly granular user-level permissions.
- Lead the end-to-end migration of all SharePoint data from the legacy environment to the new instance, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and minimal disruption to operations.
- Validate the new environment with cross-functional stakeholders to confirm accuracy, accessibility, and functionality prior to decommissioning the legacy instance.
- Execute full decommissioning of the legacy SharePoint environment following successful migration and validation.
- Provide ongoing administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SharePoint, including enhancements, user support, and scalability planning.
- Provide day-to-day oversight and coordination of Managed Service Providers supporting network, infrastructure, and IT security operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for MSPs, ensuring clear communication, prioritization, and timely resolution of issues.
- Hold MSP partners accountable to defined service levels and organizational expectations through consistent follow-up and performance management.
- Partner with MSPs and internal stakeholders to implement and maintain IT performance KPIs across infrastructure, support, and security functions.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPI performance at agreed-upon intervals.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Own the administration of all website registrars and domain-related services.
- Manage domain renewals, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, and overall domain security.
- Partner closely with the Marketing team to ensure website functionality, uptime, and alignment with business needs.
- Maintain full responsibility for the administration, performance, and stability of existing automation software (Automation Anywhere) and all active bots.
- Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate resolution to ensure minimal disruption to business processes.
- Evaluate current automation usage and identify opportunities to optimize, enhance, or retire bots in alignment with future-state operational strategy.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve system reliability, security, and scalability across the IT environment.
- Support additional IT initiatives and operational priorities as needed.

Working Conditions
- The work environment is the typical office environment.
