EnviroServe Drivers operate a variety of commercial vehicles, including but not limited to vac trucks and water trucks, roll-off trucks and stake bed trucks with equipment trailers. Drivers will also be cross-trained to be able to assist with on-site environmental responses.
Qualifications:
- Class A or B CDL
- Possession or ability to obtain required endorsements: Hazmat, Tanker, Air Brakes
- The ability to work a schedule that includes occasional nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight, securing cargo for safe transport.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, including those specific to hazardous materials.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
