Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Manager of Business Operations, stationed in Philadelphia, PA. As a Regional Manager, you will lead, plan, and oversee operational activities within the region, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project execution, managing budgets, allocating resources efficiently, leading a team, driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and interfacing with stakeholders. You will contribute to the overall strategic goals of the company and work both in-office and remotely as needed to enhance business operations.

- Experience with operational planning and resource allocation
- Familiarity with environmental regulations, hazardous waste management, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial oversight, and performance analysis

- Demonstrated knowledge in industrial services, emergency response, and waste remediation management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HAZWOPER, PMP) are advantageous
