The People Operations Specialist will play a key role in administering and maintaining People systems, ensuring smooth HRIS functions and overall data integrity. This individual will manage the technical aspects of People Operations systems, including system updates, integrations, and reporting. The People Operations Specialist will support the broader People Operations team by providing critical data analysis and system-related solutions.

This individual will manage the technical aspects of People Operations systems, including system updates, integrations, and reporting. The People Operations Specialist will support the broader People Operations team by providing critical data analysis and system-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HRIS platforms, including Dayforce, Navex, HireRight, and others.
- Handle all system-related responsibilities, including managing data integrity, system updates, user management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the People Operations Manager to identify and implement process improvements related to HRIS and People systems.
- Ensure compliance with all data-related policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to manage integrations between People systems and other business systems (e.g., Safety, Procurement).
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for HRIS-related issues.
- Support invoicing processes related to People systems and vendor management.
- Proven experience as an HRIS administrator or in a People Operations Specialist role.
- Strong technical proficiency with HRIS platforms (preferably Dayforce)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,750
