Position: Assembly Packer Stacker

1st Shift- 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday- 3 DAY WEEKEND OFF!

Position: Full-time, Hourly- Direct hire!

Pay - $14.50/hour Monthly Performance Bonus

Reports To - Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Collect and sort products while standing by the conveyor line from machines running at different speeds.
• Operate a machine press.
• Count products to the correct row amounts, according to the pallet specification sheet for the orders.
• Perform visual quality inspections of product and remove non-quality parts to meet quality inspection standards to ensure that only high-quality product is palletized.
• Construct uniform pallets with the correct pallet counts and pallet tags for each unique part number.
• Perform secondary duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• VOLUNTARY overtime is regularly offered.
  
  

Role Requirements

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet individual/position-specific hourly production goals.
• Work collaboratively with PAK members by rotating stations and meeting production goals of several line positions within a shift.
• Meet the company's quality inspection standards.
• Able to stand and lift under 40 pounds or less
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled work environment
