What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Technician position at Environmental Tectonics Corporation?
ETC Simulation in Orlando, FL, is seeking an experienced Systems Technician to produce, test, deliver, and maintain Disaster Management and Vehicle Simulators.
Requirements:
- System assembly, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair including:
- Mechanical production and assembly.
- Electrical panels, electronic system board assembly, ac/dc, and wiring.
- Computers, computer racks, audio systems, and visual systems.
- Electrical, electronic, visual systems, audio systems, and computer system cabling.
- Reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and facility drawings.
- Preparing and packaging systems for shipment
- Pre-installation facility inspections
- On-site installation and service visits
- Product material inventory, parts inspections, parts control and accountability
- Write and maintain reports, documentation, records and reviews of all systems
- Team player who can also work independently
- Innovative and quality driven
- Excellent customer service relations
- Willing to travel domestically/internationally
Basic Qualifications:
- Mechanical, electrical, and electronic experience
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Sketch-up experience preferred
Education/Experience:
- At least 5 years experience as a Systems Technician
