ESC Federal is a national Janitorial and Facilities Maintenance company, seeking to add a Floor Technician to a premier property in Taylor, Michigan!

General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them with provided equipment
- Scrub and buff tile floors using provided equipment.
- Clean food court and corridors; remove gum from floors
- Observe and perform safety precautions at all times, utilize proper safety signage
- Report any safety hazards for proper action
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
EXPERIENCE RUNNING SCRUBBER/BUFFING MACHING A PLUS
