Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to each location to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage multiple sales management teams across all locations, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding client portfolios through outside B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives.
- Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate detailed reports using sales analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Oversee account management processes ensuring customer relationships are nurtured through proactive communication, negotiation, and tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and product offerings like SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
- Conduct regular training sessions and team development programs to enhance sales skills, technical knowledge, and leadership capabilities within your teams.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through deal closing while maintaining a focus on enterprise selling strategies in a corporate environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong background in B2B sales, enterprise selling, or technology sales environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams or developing business development management strategies within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Cloud or other CRM systems; ability to leverage sales management systems for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer relationship building abilities that foster long-term client loyalty.
- Experience with SaaS products or technical solutions; familiarity with managing complex deals in a high-growth environment is preferred.
