Reports to: Executive Administrator
Purpose: Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records.

- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
- Greet and direct visitors of the company.
- Take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
- Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Process accounts payable, including tracking expenditures for training and budgets.
- Assist in the completion and submittal of weekly timecards.
- Assist project personnel with other accounting duties as needed.
