Territory Sales Manager - Refuse
We have an opportunity for the right candidate's to join the EPG team. We are an established dealership spanning through the South East with locations in Florida, Georgia, Alabama & Tennessee. We represent best-in-class equipment manufactures with high market share.
Our latest expansion includes North & South Carolina with our first target location in the greater Raleigh, NC, with additional branches to follow. We will be hiring two (2) people for these positions.
Your expertise in solid waste and recycling collection equipment will be a strong asset selling products from our Refuse Division which includes industry leading Labrie automated and manual side loaders, Leach real loaders and Wittke frontend loaders.
These position(s) will work remotely though the states of North and South Carolina. Ideally you would be located in the great Raleigh NC area or Columbia / Charlotte SC strategically. You will be joining a sales team of industry leading sales champions with strong support.
The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations and completing sales on capital equipment. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field. Experience in truck sales, specially Municipal & Contractor Truck Sales is a large plus.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
- Generate potential leads for future sales
- Set and exceed quotas
- Track and report sales in organized manner
- Communicate effectively with other members of team
- CRM experience a plus - Currently using Sales Force
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2- 5 years of sales experience
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce software
- Ability to travel in order to do business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year plus un-capped commission potential.

Education:

- Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

- Active Driver's License, with a CDL required in 4 months (Required)
